I have never used this type of service before, but it will be my first choice from now on. Mike at FleetRates.com kept me informed and followed through with every request I wanted, and found the exact car at the best price. He continued to work with me to find the closest dealership to me with his price. I could not come close to his price after price checking several dealerships. I walked into the affiliated dealership and asked for Mike's representative and everything was there all ready for me to sign just as we had agreed upon. Less than 10 minutes to sign everything! The car was all prepped and ready. The dealer spent about an hour going over every feature of the new car and adjusting it to me. That was it and I was off.
